A tough steel flat hook is included with the 3 inch wide x 18" long. fixed end strap and is perfect for securing the strap to flatbed side rails and stake pockets to firmly secure heavy-duty cargo. To ensure years of reliable performance and to protect against rust and corrosion, we added a long-lasting black powder coat finish to the flat hook. Also included is a sewn loop end made of the same strong polyester webbing, which can help keep your strap flat against the load
