Seller Levels
How the seller levels work?
Parallel Shopping uses a level system to introduce new sellers to the marketplace. Every new seller starts at Level 1. As you ship more orders and provide amazing customer service, you move up through the levels, with the top achievable being Level 4.
Level 1
All new sellers begin here. This is the default level allowing you to list up to 100 items.
Here is how it works.
Up to 100 items can be published for sale at any time. If you list 4 items for a single product, then you have used up 4 of your available 100 items.
Up to $1,000.00 of items can be listed at any one time, with the maximum price for any one item not to exceed $500.00.
The maximum daily inventory quantity entry limit is 100 items for Level 1 sellers.
Level 2
To reach level two you have at least two orders that have reached the Expected Delivery Date (EDD). The EDD is typically set to six business days after you confirm shipment on the order. But there are options when you add products to have longer. For example "made to order" products. The EDD is displayed to the customers on a per product bases.
*Your feedback ratio is 80% or above.
Up to 500 total items can be available for sale at any time. (If you list a quantity of 4 for a single product, then you have used up 4 of your available 500 items that you can list for sale.)
Up to $5,000 of items can be listed at any one time, and the maximum price for any one item cannot exceed $1,000.
The maximum daily inventory quantity entry limit is 500 items for Level 2 sellers.
