72" Wide X 36" Long Steel Truck Dockboard with a 10,000 lb. Capacity

The Steel Truck Dockboard is constructed of high strength (55,000 psi) steel for long life. Beveled edges on both ends permit smooth entry and exit. Deck is diamond plated for safe, efficient use. Welded safety curbs for maximum strength. Locking legs minimize ramp movement and are uneven to allow the dockboard to sit canted for easier floor pickup by fork trucks when not in use. Legs are located 12" from the edge of the dockboard. The bend is 11 degrees and 9 inches from beveled edge. Standard with Lever Lift for quick portability with fork truck. Manufactured in compliance with OSHA. Optional accessories: lifting chains, span locks, span pins/holes, and removable pickup loops.

Span pins and holes are like an extra set of legs in case the gap between the dock and the truck is wide enough that the plate may slide. These will help keep it stationary in wider gaps so it wont fall off the dock/truck to the ground below.

Sliding Span Locks The Sliding span locks are basically adjustable legs.

The removable pick-up loop option is essentially two pieces of rectangle tube with a T welded to the bottom of each. The board has two slots cut at 24” centers. To use the lifting loops, you insert the T parallel into the slot, turn 90° so that the T is perpendicular with the slot, then lift with a fork truck.

The handles are two handles welded to one side so it can be lifted up high enough to get the fork lift under to pick it up.
