Manufactured for extreme durability, the 3-bar weld-on side mount X-Treme zinc web winch features a 3-bar design that prevents the mandrel from freezing in ice conditions. Built with high-quality steel for long-lasting performance, the web winch includes a high-strength alloy pawl pin, while the 3-bar mandrel allows for easy strap insertion in snow and ice conditions. For optimal durability and reliability, Ancra added the X-Treme zinc finish, which is our highest performing finish. The X-Treme zinc finish can withstand up to 720 hours of harsh sodium chloride, calcium chloride, and sodium bicarbonate testing cycles and suffered only 1% of rust across the entire unit when tested, while the black powder coat suffered five times as much, the black e-coat ten times as much, and the zinc plating sixty times as much.
